Can I send you awesome photos of me wearing your shirt?

Absolutely! We have a special electronic mailing address set up just for that. Send your photos to photos@conchtees.com. If they are suitable for public viewing, we'll post them on our site. By submitting your photos to us you are granting us the right publish them online and in our marketing materials. If you do not wish for us to use your photo for either of these purposes, just let us know in your email that you would rather not. We respect your privacy but would still love to see our shirts in action. [Back to question list]

Do your shirts shrink?

Most of our shirts are made from pre-shrunk cotton, so the short answer is "no." However, results may vary depending on how you care for your shirt. Some people have experienced minor shrinkage. Make sure you check the sizing chart for each shirt before you make your purchase. [Back to question list]

I can't find my size on your site. How can I order other sizes?

We do take special orders for shirt sizes, colors, and styles that you do not find on our website. Also, if we get enough requests for a certain size, we'll generally just go ahead and start printing that size for purchase through the website at our familiar low prices. [Back to question list]

What is your policy on returns and exchanges?

PLEASE NOTE: We try to make our shirt images match as closely as possible to our actual printed shirts by using the manufacturers' color codes, but due to differences in colors displayed from monitor to monitor, the colors you see on the website may not exactly match the color of your shirt. In addition, in many cases we have enlarged the artwork on the website in relation to the shirt on which it is displayed. Actual proportions may vary.
